Power Hour

This class takes it up a notch with strength training, cardio, and sweat. You will leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on your weekend.
This class, considered the most intense one of the week, is a great way to start your weekend. Every Saturday class will be different. AMRAP'S, chippers, EMOM's..... Show up for class and be surprised. Your choice of barbells or dumbbells will be used in this workout to allow all members to participate.
